Payment Policy
Secure payments
Our store uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your information during checkout. SSL encrypts sensitive data — including passwords and card details — as it travels between your browser and our payment processor, so it cannot be read in transit.
Every form on our website is protected by SSL. You can confirm a secure connection by checking that the address begins with https:// and viewing the connection security information in your browser.
Payment methods we accept
- Visa

The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your device and location.
Currency
Our store supports customers in Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and Canada. Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market:
- Spain: Euro (EUR, €)
- United Kingdom: British Pound Sterling (GBP, £)
- United States: United States Dollar (USD, $)
- Australia: Australian Dollar (AUD, A$)
- Canada: Canadian Dollar (CAD, C$)
When you select your country or region, product prices are displayed in the corresponding market currency. The final currency and total amount you will be charged are clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Where supported by our payment provider, payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If local-currency payment processing is unavailable for a particular payment method, the applicable checkout currency will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Currency conversion and exchange rates
Prices for different markets may be calculated using currency conversion rates or market-specific pricing. Exchange rates may change over time, which means product prices can differ between markets.
If your card or payment account is issued in a different currency from the currency charged at checkout, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and a foreign transaction fee. These charges are determined by your bank or payment provider, not by us.
Any currency conversion or pricing adjustments applied by our store are reflected in the prices displayed at checkout. We do not add an undisclosed currency conversion charge after you confirm your order.
Import VAT and customs charges
The price you pay at checkout does not include applicable import VAT, customs duties, or customs handling charges unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. These charges depend on the destination country, the value of the order, and applicable customs regulations.
For orders delivered to Spain, Spanish import VAT may apply at the applicable rate, generally 21% for standard-rated goods, together with any customs duties or carrier handling fees. Where these charges have not been collected at checkout, they may be payable before your parcel is released for delivery.
For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and Canada, import taxes, duties, and customs handling charges may apply according to the destination country's regulations.
Where these charges have not been collected at checkout, you are responsible for paying them if required by customs authorities or the delivery carrier.
Full details are available in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full.
Refunds are processed in the currency of the original transaction, where supported by the payment provider. If your bank or payment provider converts the refunded amount into another currency, the amount you receive may vary due to exchange rate differences or fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
PCI compliance
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the security standard governing organisations that handle card payments. It was created by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council to strengthen controls around cardholder data and reduce card fraud.
Payments in our store are processed by PCI DSS compliant payment providers.
Your card details
We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure systems.
Once your purchase is complete, we can see only your billing information, delivery information, order details, and the last four digits of your card.
Your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary consideration. We share personal information with payment processors and other service providers where necessary to process transactions and provide our Services, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and relevant privacy laws in the United States, Australia, and Canada.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds are taken. Some banks place a temporary authorisation hold on declined attempts, which is released automatically — usually within a few business days. If a hold has not cleared, contact your bank in the first instance.
