We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and transit takes a further 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days in total. Order cut-off is 18:00 CET. Every order ships with full tracking.

Import charges: orders ship from outside the EU. Spanish VAT of 21% and a carrier handling fee are payable on delivery.

Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Email help@madeleineclavel.com with your order number to get started. This is in addition to your statutory rights, including the three-year legal guarantee of conformity.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 18:00 CET are processed within 2–3 business days. Transit then takes a further 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days in total. We deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Import charges: orders ship from outside the EU. Spanish VAT of 21% and a carrier handling fee are payable on delivery.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To start a return, email help@madeleineclavel.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days, once we've received the item back. Your statutory rights, including the three-year legal guarantee, are not affected.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways, and your card details are never stored on our servers. All prices are shown and charged in euros (€).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Get in touch as soon as possible at help@madeleineclavel.com with your order number. If your order hasn't yet entered processing we can usually amend the shipping address or cancel it outright. Once it's been dispatched we're unable to make changes, but you're still covered by our 30-day returns policy once it arrives.
