What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused item for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. To start a return, email help@madeleineclavel.com with your order number and we will send you the instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Your statutory rights, including the three-year legal guarantee, are not affected.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways, and your card details are never stored on our servers. All prices are shown and charged in euros (€).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at help@madeleineclavel.com with your order number. If your order has not yet entered processing, we can usually change the delivery address or cancel it entirely. Once it has shipped we cannot make changes, but you will still be covered by our 30-day returns policy when it arrives.
