If you have completed your 2-billing-cycle minimum and wish to cancel, you can do so anytime via the 'Manage Your Subscription' page, where you can also adjust your membership as needed. For members who love to shop with us regularly, Madeleine Clavel VIP+ is ideal. If you prefer a flexible option or want to try us first, we recommend shopping with one-time orders instead.

Important: The 2-billing-cycle minimum applies to all Madeleine Clavel VIP+ memberships. There are no exceptions to this policy. Cancelling before completing the 2-billing-cycle minimum will incur a $49 (or the equivalent in your local currency) early cancellation fee.
